TRANSFER PRICING:

Single Color Screen Print Transfers (Low Heat) - $1 during Thrifty Tuesday. $1.99 during weekend presale and RTS.

Direct-To-Film Transfers - Our full color presales require an MOQ to order screen prints. If we get an extremely low number during presales we will likely order these in DTF transfers at no added cost to you and you will receive a courtesy email to make you aware that they will be DTF instead of screens.

Full Color Screen Print Transfers (High Heat) - $3.50 during Thrifty Thursday. $4.50 during weekend presale and RTS.

 

SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME:

RTS (ready-to-ship) listings will ship in 1-3 business days. Currently we are almost always shipping same day/next day on our RTS listings.

Listings with "EST. SHIP DATE" in the listing are either presales, in production or restocking and will ship no later than 2 business days after the date listed BUT usually ship 2-3 days early.

DO NOT ORDER RTS AND PRESALES TOGETHER UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH WAITING UNTIL ALL TRANSFERS COME IN AND SHIPPING TOGETHER AT THAT ESTIMATED SHIP DATE ON PRESALES.

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Damages/Defects: We do our best to inspect transfers before sending them out but in the case of receiving a damaged transfer or if you come into any other issues with pressing our prints please reach out to us ASAP by messaging our Facebook business page (info below) for the quickest response. Refunds and exchanges for damaged or defective prints will be assessed on a case to case basis. You have 3 business days from date of delivery to report any damage/defects for consideration of replacement. 

Lost/Delayed Packages:  Once a package is in the hands of USPS/UPS we are no longer in control or responsible for issues during shipping. However we understand you are running a business and are always happy to help you however we can if you reach out to us. We do offer Route shipping insurance on every order. It is automatically added to your cart. If a package is lost you can file a Route claim to replace or refund your order.
